Dstv unhelpful
Bad bad bad service. I have a debit order setup to pay my account. Today I see my device is blocked, reason being they never collected my installment. Called thecall centre and on hold for a lifetime. WhatsApp not helpful as well. Now the question, why not debit my account. Why wait for the increase to kick in. I received a SMS that my account will be debited on 26.03.2020 for R963. This is totally distasteful, no wonder people are cancelling and streaming Netflix.
