Dstv unhappy customer

Be careful guys dstv is robbing if not careful you might end up upgrading your package without realizing. On the 7th of this month i tried downgrading my package as I'm not happy with their services of playing same movies again and again, there is too much repeating of same movies. So i tried their whatsapp line and there were very useless instead of downgrading me there were trying to upgrade me even if i choose that option of downgrading their continued to want to upgrade me. I'm not happy with their services I think i will move to Netflix. So be careful guys dstv is busy on a mission during this lockdown trying to rob people indirect. I told a friend and my friend confirmed also that she faced same thing and she ended up going to their offices to get help. So Im asking my self what's the use of having self-service and whatsapp number if there are not helpful,, food for thought?????
