Dstv unfairness
Good morning yoou know Dstv is a frustration. I downgraded before my paying day and paid on time but this morning my Dstv is disconnected yo know this why you guys are loosing customers and then Yu wanna charge reconnection fees and stuff. Why are you so unprofessional and is it that Yu don't know how to d you're work .

17 Dec 2022, 09:03I have been online with dstv for 2 hours three consultants gave me 3 different reasons. And it still does not make sense. They send me a statement every month to say how much I must pay now I'm behind in my payments for three months and they never informed me or switch off but waited for 3months too switch off . Does it make sense no but the best part is they cannot find any sort of manager or supervisor. This is ****************

17 Dec 2022, 09:05Oh and the 2nd consultant told me that is was a glitch in thir system and they have to rectify the account and they will switch on now is still off and I'm tolld to pay reconnection fees for something they did wrong and the change the story saying I short paid these people really
