DStv unfair business practices

1. A few days ago I complained about DStv removing channel 210 from the Compact offering, and thereby effectively withdrawing screening martial arts events. (Channel 210 still exists as such - now available only to subscribers of more expensive subscriptions). 2. This without prior explicit warning of their intention. 3. They rep**** to me with a smoke and mirrors type answer which does not clarify much. In addition, they rep**** to me privately, whilst this forum is intended for the benefit of all viewers. 4. If DStv refuses to reply to me this time in this public forum, same as where my complaint is lodged,

5. then I shall complain to consumer watchdog organisations, on the grounds that, 5.1 no matter what rights DStv may reserve for themselves, 5.2 it is an unfair business practice to alter the product, when it is purely by DStv's choice, and not because of circumstances beyond their control, 5.3 without specific, timely warning 5.3 after the viewer has already paid for what he thought he can reasonably expect.
