DSTV undisclosed additional costs
I was quoted by 7 consultants on the R999 dstv internet premium package that was installed on 3 April . Both April and May I am being charged an additional 20% that was not quoted . 4 phone calls reporting this , it has still not been resolved . I keep getting told there is an additional cost ! Not what i was quoted .. .. DSTV this has to be escalated, your poor consultants cannot supply answers !!
