DStv unbelievable

I have not upgraded my account to the compact plus but seems it's shows that my current package is compact plus. I'm not paying for this I never upgraded. Please move me back to compact. The chat box doesn't work no one responsds and I sat waiting on the phone for over 10 minutes and had to eventually put the phone down
