DSTV- unauthorised debit order amount
Without any notice or reason DSTV debited my account with R1163 instead of R899? If I only authorised R899 as per my contract how do they manage to deduct this amount without prior authorisation? What stops them from debiting R2500 next month? My account is not arrears nor did I upgrade so where do they get this amount from?
