DSTV unable to process R500 refund
DSTV wants PnP slips for last 6 months to refund my credit in my account. Supp**** 6 months bank statements showing PnP swipes. DSTV has my statements showing payment of my service for last 6 months. DSTV is demanding the PnP slips showing payment. Is DSTV broke? That why they cannot refund me my R500
