Dstv unable to play video right now error 3023⁴
We're unable to play this video right now, please check your connection and try again. Error code 3023
This is ridiculous. I rented Bad Boys on Box Office and it constantly buffers and eventually displays error message above. Why is it only DStv now having a problem? Indo not have any issues on Netflix, Showmax or Youtube streaming services. Even when multiple devices are using them at once. I cannot use this service if it does this
I have 100mbps up and down fibre installed. Cannot be my wifi causing the problem.
I would be surprised if Dstv can fix this as you cannot even get hild of them on the phone because of Covid-19. This means no one can aswer the phone???

My parents are staying with us on the same premises and because the also have a premium subscrition with the eplora 3 decoder i decided we will use their package. So the Dstv now and box office is run under P Avenant, and the username we use to log in is the phone nr as follows. ***. I rented Bad Boys on Box Office 2 days ago and it expires tonite and i couldnt manage to watch more than 40 mins of the movie with the constant error. Then i have to log in all over again. My samsung A30 phone and Smart TV are devices registered under this Dstv now profile. And the movie was rented on the Smart TV
I do not know the ID nr off hand as i do not use it to log in but can provide if need be if above is insuffiencient info.
