DSTV unable to help with boxoffice

I have a problem with my box-office. I can't rent a movie. I've phoned 3 times and chatted to an operator 4 times. Nobody can tell me whats wrong. I've tried everything. The operators just go through the same thing. Rent from their side. Reset. Check signals. Everything. One of the operators didn't know what to do so she was going to put me on hold and get the box-office number. She thought I would give up after 10 minutes on hold. She came back on and gave me a number. I phoned and it was a number for a car rental company. I don't understand why nobody is able to help. They've given my details to the technical department but nobody calls.
