DSTV unable to give feedback on refund

I overpaid my account by almost R5000.00 now we have been waiting for a refund for the past 5 days after one of your consultants assured that the money will be back in my account within the next 24 hours. After 5 days the amount still reflects and after countless calls all of your consultants cannot say how far the process is... Very disappointed
