Dstv u suck
It's me again from the 29th my Disney plus isn't working I've been told the turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours when u want ur money we as customers have to pay or u will cut out services than we pay for nothing coz our services dnt even work dstv have the worst service in the world and they agents are very rude I want my Disney plus to be working asap very unhappy customer

06 Jul 2022, 18:24I'm still waiting for feedback...... I've called again n they told me they help me the fault is by Disney which I called they said the same thing so who is going to help me? Will I get a refund for that days that I paid for n watched nothing I'm very unhappy with dstv.

07 Jul 2022, 16:46#INC-*** once again dstv told me after 3 hours I will get a sms that my Disney will work its like 10 hours still nothing, I dnt understand why is it so hard for url to help ur customers, nobody called me no email still nothing it's really very bad this I thing dstv should shut down they customer service is worst the agents dnt even knw they just tell u 24 to 48 hours which is never u will wait for ever so nw I'm just gona leave it its no use I'm very upset about this
