DSTV TRYING TO GET MONEY BY FALSE PRETENCES

Today I received a phone call from a debt collecting agency on behalf of Multichoice demanding a payment of R953.04 or they would send their "agent" to my home to collect this sum. DSTV have a bank mandate dating back to 2004 authorising them to collect any amounts due on 28th of each month so there can not be any monies outstanding. In addition I have paid my annual subscription to them for their "premium" bouquet last March and the next payment is not due until March 2020, I did however download a movie from Box Office last Saturday and assume they will use their bank mandate to collect R35 at the end of the month. In addition they have supp**** my personal details to a 3rd party that is in contradiction of their own privacy policy. Their efficiency seems to as bad as their programme content and so am considering cancelling my subscription and going to Netfix or Amazon for my future entertainment.
