They tell you that price lock is for everything and you only pay for that 959 pm but they don't tell you that you must pay for PVR all on its own 89 pm so now I am paying R1148 pm that is there price lock trick

Your price lock contract of R959.00 includes the R85.00 for extra view with two decoders and your PVR functionality ,however you’re currently using a three viewing environment setup and therefore you been billed an extra R85.00 for the third viewing environment.
