Dstv trapped me into arrears, forcefully!

I'm very disappointed, i was trapped into arreas by Dstv. Tuesday i received sms from them " to stay connected pay R299 before the 26/08." I followed the link and pay.

27/08 i received another sms "we have stopped... need to pay R185"

Is it part of them making profit that they force customers into arrears for their gain. Im very ****ed because i now had to pay 50.00 for arrears that they trapped me to.
