Dstv took my bank details but never delivers so disappointed

Am scared for my money, received a call first week of this month a guy from multichoice offering me an explorer decoder plus price log. He kept calling for few days then I gave in and accepted the offer he then asked me for my details as well as banking info then he said he'll call back if approved after few hours he said it was approved I should expect delivery in 5 working days. Till to date nothing I then called them first time the lady that helped me said no its still coming then second time they said no they will escalate my case but unfortunately still nothing. My biggest fear is when my salary comes in next week 😩what if my money goes for something I don't see. Please help me please.
