DSTV THINKS THEY OWN THE WORLD - NO MORE FOR ME

I am still trying to sort out my account with DSTV - so far I have 3 open so called escalated cases with DSTV as well as two complaints on Hello Peter - absolutely no response - I am SHOCKED and DISSAPOINTED with DSTV - I have been a loyal client for a number of years but no more - I am signing up with Starsat even though it is now costing me a lot more money for set up - I simply cannot BELIEVE the absolute no care attitude and the absolute DISREGARD for me as a loyal paying client, who needs those it seems to be the attitude - I am sick and tired of being treated like this by companies who think you have no alternatives and no choices and will just be happy regardless of how you are treated - I am on so called price lock but premium went from 849 to 949, now 999 and suddenly a bill of R1808.00 - NO THANK YOU
