DSTV ******* TAKING TO MUCH MONEY FROM DEBIT ORDER CUSTOMERS!!!

DSTV debit my account in September for the amount of R1381.30, a whole R258 to much despite the fact that I am as PRICELOCK CUSTOMER. According to 702 ALL DSTV debit order customers were over debited last month with amounts ranging from R20 to thousand of rand differences. When I contact DSTV on the 02/10 I was informed by their customer service that something went wrong with their system in August and to date these errors have not been fixed. DSTV this month decided to take the normal debit order from my account this month. DSTV WHERE IS MY CREDIT FROM THE UNAUTHOSED DEBIT ORDER THAT WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT THIS IS THEFT!
