If zero stars was an option, that would be what I give them, last month I accidentally paid more than I was supposed to and it was said that they van not refund me so the balance will be carried over onto my next payment, however now when I clicked to pay, the amount was then doubled again and my said balance was no where to be found, when I queried about this the guy dropped the call in my ear.
