DSTV *******!!

I have said it once and I will say it again. DSTV ARE *******!!! On the 30th October I app**** for DSTV Compact Price Lock. This means you pay R 549 per month plus I added Showmax at a discounted rate of R 49 After a struggle for the whole of November month DSTV finally stated I have a credit. And the story continues. On the 4th Jan 2020 is was once again confirmed I have a credit of R185.93 On the 28th March I was disconnected during lockdown and after much frustration the account was apparently sorted and the amount of R 598 was deducted for the netxt few months. Today an amount of R610.65 was deducted claiming is a pro rata amount for showmax for 30 Aug to 6 Sep. After complaining they said dont worry the amount will be corrected and the amount of R598 will be deducted. So when I complained again this morning I was just informed this is a pro rata amount and thats the way it works. How in the world do you suddenly charge a client a pro rata amount without notification, without being informed of an apparent policy change? So I sign a debit order and DSTV can just do what they want to? Whats next- *****ing more money?
