DSTV THEFT, DISRESPECT, DAYLIGHT ROBERY

On the 24th september I bought a dstv decoder from pep store. Their installer came on the 26th to connect it and it had opened all dstv access channels fine, but when I arrived from work the next day it was already suspended. When I called your call center I was told that the brand new decoder I had just bought 2 days ago belonged to someone else and was advised to return it to the store, which I did and my subscription for it was, or should have been canceled. I later decided to take one of my old decoders from my primary home to use at my flat. It gave me a some satalite error and was advised by another one of your consultants to call a dstv installer (who actually charges over R500 just for a call out). I only managed to connect it again on the 16th of October, to my surprise it got disconnected on the 24th. When I called on the 25th I was told my subscription had fallen in arrears, but the very next day I realized that multichoice had deducted R139 more, over & above my monthly normal subscription of R648. I phoned your call center again to enquire why I was charged that much extra yet my secondary subscription is suspended. Your highly *********** call center agent told me the R139 was for Disney+ subscription. I clarified to her that I have never ever subscribed for that, upon realising that she was battling to assist me I asked to speak to her manager. Your *********** employee made me hold for 45 minutes, till I ran out of airtime. She never even bothered to phone me back. Today, the 29th October, I phoned multichoice again to try and sort out their mess. Spoke to Zanele, l when I asked to speak to the manager she was very reluctant to call her. The first reason was that they were all in meetings, on a Sunday afternoon. When I asked for all managers names, one of them (maria) was suddenly available. I had already been on this particular call for 40 minutes, without any progress. So I asked her to take my number and call me back. As I sit here over an hour later typing this complaint she still hasn't called.

I feel so disrespected, ********** and taken advantage of. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and would like to cancel my subscription for both properties. And I'd also like the extra R139 I got charged for October months refunded to my account please. Hope my complaint will be attended to urgently, and that I don't have to find other efficient platforms that I can escalate my complaint with.
