DSTV: THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THIS PLANET

I have app**** for the secondary decoder for extra view. The decoder was not delivered and Dstv can't trace where this decoder was delivered to. The worse part, I am being billed for something that I don't have. The call center agents are so ***********, no one can give a concrete answer. My query was escalated to the team leaders, who hasn't called me back. This query has been pending with Dstv for a month.
