DStv: the worst service provider in the world!!!!

I received the worst service from DStv. I bought an explora decoder on the black friday specials (28/11/2021)for my Mother. Money was deducted off my account. As soon as payment was made the screen kicked me out and I did not receive my order number and started following up since. I sent emails, tweeter dms, dstv chat messages and calls. I even went to a walk in Centre nothing was resolved. They keep asking me for the story daily and proof of payment. Managers never respond and today I was told they are still waiting for feedback. This was meant to be a Christmas/birthday gift for my mother, 2 months later no decoder our money is gone
