DSTV the Worst Company and Must Shut Down‼️‼️‼️

Every Damn Month I have to right a review here to resolve my issue. Every damn month these *********** excuse if a company messes up my account. I pay my account, I have a premium package, Internet package and I upgrade with new products when they come out and have been loyal with this ******* company for over 15years and I am so sick of it. I know how much I should pay and I know my date but they keep changing dates , amounts and every other damn thing each and every month for the past 2-3 I have been dealing with this nonsense. They will send someone to call me all nice and apologize which is all they know and "try " to fix it then before the next payment date is due my account is messed up again. I hate this useless Company and I wish it could just shut down. I have 4 decoders in my home and I just wanna burn a whole lot. I spend money to call, I Facebook to get them to fix their mess but every other month is the same ****. I want to speak to whoever own this ******* company or is in charge. I am a paying customer and will not deal with this any longer. It's been almost 3 years this ******* is going on with my account. Check how many times I write on hello peterz check my phone calls, email, Facebook enquiries and check my transactions on my account You useless company. Fix my account now and stop this *******.
