Dstv the worst and a ****. I am moving to Netflix.

I have a compact subscription with Dstv, I then called them to take an Explorer contract with price lock. I am, I am paying my subscription with debit order and I have never missed a payment my account is uptodate. The new explorer was installed last week Friday and it played until yesterday where channels are not playing saying I am not subscribed. We then connected the old explorer amd it ia playing well.

I then contacted them on Twitter, they say I need to pay R507,29 which includes a reconnection fee. It does not make sense to me because I have never skipped a payment and my compact account is active since it is playing on the old explorer. They still claim I pay that amount. I curse the day I became the Dstv cusromer. They are not even willimg to call me to explain.
