DSTV the worse service provider

DSTV is the worse service provider and I do not recommend it.

I had DSTV for years without any issues until recently. I am on the Access package ,but DSTV decided to upgrade me to compact without my consent.I only noticed this when I tried to pay my monthly subscription.

When I called DSTV I was told they upgraded my package because there was a discount promotion.This is unacceptable! I should be the one to decide when to upgrade, since I am the one paying .

This is the worse service I have ever received from DSTV.How can they upgrade me without my concent?

I do not recommend DSTV.Rather use another provider.
