Dstv rewarded me with free upgrade for both Disney plus and Dstv compact plus, the also called and offered me price lock for R499 per month for 24 moths, this month dstv has invoiced me R608 to pay, I called on the 30th of May to enquire about the amount and I was told I was charged for the free upgrades, the ticket was logged and I was told it will ne resolved within 5 days, today is the 13th and no feedback has been received.
