So my daughter received her dstv decoder on the 29 November she was advised that she will be paying a pro-rata amount so last week Thursday on the 14 December 2023 the device goes off so the pro-rata amount is r1193 so she pays r1100 and guess what today it's off again and there is a another outstanding balance of R1254 that needs to be paid to be reconnected.So we asking what is the balance that need to be paid on yhe 25 when the debit order goes of no there is no amount so now I want to know why is there 2 different amounts no they cannot answer me. Dstv please come and fetch your Device I will use my Netflix and prime account you guys are *******s over charging people.
