DSTV - the poorest service in South Africa

Don't get DSTV. They lie about their pricelock. They take your money, even if you are not connected. You get nothing in return for their mistakes. And all answer I've received is we acknowledge and are looking into it. No feedback whatsoever. The system says it is so, and we cannot change the system. No one has contacted me to try and fix the problem. I am now paying a higher price than last year and it has only been 6 months on pricelock. Fix your system.
