DSTV the Payment Dance continues

Every year its the same they never send tax invoices so I can pay them according to the law. You can never speak to an agent. So I logged into my profile and saw how much I owe for the year and usually paying upfront gets a discount plus I am a pensioner! So I have a proof of payment but no Tax Invoice and I bet they cut me off because they can't allocate the payment on time. They are pathetic and SARS really should prosecute them for failure o issue invoices.
