Dstv , The Organistion that dont care about service

Its frustrating when you never complaint about the poor service and the nonsense with DSTV, they tend to take advantage and **** you off to cotinously PG your viewing once a month. you either go on the app and wait for ever for a person to respond and try and fix something that they have changed.I have never missed a payment and every month with out failure my debit order goes off. You can never get a manger or senior person to discuss your concerns. You waste your time and your airtime just to get sorted what should have not happened.Their automated voice activated system is a mess and the staff think, they are doing you a favour by answering your call
