DSTV THE MOST USELESS COMPANY IN THE WORLD

Dstv (Multichoice) think that they can simply debit one's account with however much they would like to. I have the explora price lock contract with them which means that I have to payment an amount of R959 per month. In October they took and amount of just over R2700 off my account and below and behold this month they took an amount of R3 567.58 from my account. When you phone them to find out what the hell is going on, nobody can assist you if you have a price lock contract...…so what the F.... whereto from now. This is the most inefficient, useless, f...up company I have ever dealt with...……..so whereto do I go with my complaint. The client services department (client services my ****) they will so called escalate the problem to price lock - well I'm still waiting.....spoke to the so-called supervisor, he is ever more useless than the rest of them. DSTV THE MOST F....UP COMPANY IN THIS COUNTRY, AND YET THE HAVE THE MONOPOLY, DO OTHER CLIENTS JUST ACCEPT THEM TAKING REDICULOUS AMOUNT FROM THEIR ACCOUNTS, OR AM I THE ONLY ONE...…..
