Dstv terrible service (Dstv Now)

I am a DSTV premier customer. My DSTV Now app has limited channels. the home page has only local shows and so does the catchup page. What is going on with this as this has been going on for a while now. You keep on sending email about Dstv Now but this doesn't work it's a joke. How does one get to speak to someone at Dstv one on one. Everything is automated and there is no where to report this. Can someone please sort this out and contact me. I am paying for a service that i am not getting and it is totally unacceptable.

Hi, I received a call from Cynthia and we were able to sort out my issue. Thanks you for your assistance. My last comment is it would be a lot easier if one can speak to someone directly to sort out issues. this can be done over the phone and will take 2 minutes instead of complaining on Hellopeter to get ones issue resolved. Regards
