DSTV terrible service

Multichoice customer service needs to ghost call Miway or standard bank customer service callcentres and take notes. Their agents' service is mind blowing. They make you so comfortable that you look for excuses to call them. They'd want to call and ask about the taste of water. Multichoice has a long way to go, they just give a phone and script to anyone. I can still taste their bad service in my mouth, 3 days later.
