Dstv technicians poor service

I am still waiting for some one to call me back. My dstv worked for 2 days and has gone off again .The installer came back without checking tge dish on the roof. He pressed a few buttons and left. He does not return my calls even after telling me over the phone which buttons to press and it still says poor signal. This really is poor service at its ultimate.
