03 Aug 2021, 18:34After about 2 days of working I am back to square one. I received a phone call from dstv after emailing them. They sent me instructions to follow and the same problem has returned. I contacted the installer again and he has rep**** by whatsap . I told him it was not working and I am really frustrated as he has not come back.
I need real intervention please.
