DSTV technicians failed fo arrive to resolve signal issue.

My Dstv has had no signal for the past two day, o have since called technicians to assist me who said they would arrive yesterday but did not for some reason unknown to me. This is frustrating because I’ve missed two days of a service I am paying for!
