Dstv Team leaders - Evelyn Moonsamy and Bivash Mahabeer

I called Dstv Multichoice on Friday and spoke to Luanshia Moodley with an accounts query. She escalated the matter to her team leader Evelyn Moonsamy and I was promised that the billing issue will be sorted within 24hours. Today, its Monday and my issue is sill not sorted. I called DSTV Umhlanga and spoke to Nkosinathi Zulu who advised me that Evelyn Moonsamy **** to me. I then asked to speak the team leader and was told that Bivash Mahabeer, and all managers are not taking calls from clients because of Covid on the headsets of agents! How will my billing query be resolved? Nobody replies to emails.
