Dstv tales from the poor

On 2 December I noticed that my account which I normally pay R1050 was now escalated to R1191. I called dstv and they sed is due to disney plus subscription which I didnt have and never app**** for. My question is who authorized this?I asked dstv to canceled it but 1week later and balance for 1/1/24 is still sitting at R1191.. Still nothing was done with the error on my account. Is this how you rob the few loyal customers you still have? I can also b part of the million that canceled dstv Who gave you permission to add Disney + who is going to.pay for it
