DSTV TAKING YOUR MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AND NOT PAYING IT BACK

<p>Cancelled DSTV on the 20th March with Lebo who is a Supervisor. Was assured DSTV had cancelled debit order. But no.... DSTV gets cut off no problem, but the Debit Order is processed for almost R900.</p> <p>Ive been trying to get my money back from DSTV from the 28th of March until today and still no answer. I have so many reference numbers and so many excuses. This is theft. It is unauthorised debit order deductions and they are stalling for as long as possible to not pay it back for no reason whatsover. There are no amounts owing.. everything was up to date. Im taking it to the CPA if i dont have this resolved by COB today. Its just total inadequacy at its best. Unfortunately with my money.</p>
