DSTV taking their time
10 days ago I wrote about my experience with DSTV regarding a decoder that this now broken (cor rupt). Wonders on wonders I got an immediate reply telling me that they would do some research & 'come back to me as soon as they can' (quote). It's now been 10 days! How long is 'as soon as they can'? My decoder is still defunked. It now reboots itself multiple times a night. I can't rewind or record or set reminders.
