DSTV taking service levels to a whole new low

DSTV is officially the most useless and *********** service provider in the country. Two weeks of phone calls and driving backwards and forwards to different service centres with our decoder and everyone is unbelievably clueless as to why we don't have access to ShowMax and Catch Up. Save your R1000 good people of South Africa and take you valued business and money elsewhere. DSTV know how to take your money but no idea how to provide customer service and technical support. I have been disapponted by service levels from service providers in the past, but DSTV had now taken officially taken the top spot. We pay a premium price for a premium package, but with zero premium service. Thanks a lot DSTV!!!
