DSTV taking money from clients and supplying now service.

This is the worst service provider in South Africa. Took my money via debit order. Suspended my account. Struggling for 3 days now to get it activated again. Sent them proof of the debit order payment 5 times now and still they can't verify that the money has been deducted from my account with their debit order system.

Keeps on asking me to send them the proof of payment that I made which I did not as it goes off via debit order which they manage.

Looks like DSTV is now taking their clients money and do not have to supply any service.
