DSTV taking advantage of old people

I went to pay for my monthly subscription at MDANTSANE CITY DSTV. I found out that instead of my balance being R150 it was R230 . I asked why it was R230 the lady aaid she doesnt know anything i must ask call centre. Mind you the account belings to a 70 year old pensioner. I told them this is wrong the accountholder is a pensioner and he has no phone so who did they agree with for this careplan they were charging . They told me where to get off and told me to go and call the call center. Mind you when you call call cantre you must have R100 airtime they play music on your phone. I m disappointed in the way MDANTSANE CITY DSTV staff handled my query they were rude and dismissive as if i was not important while i am a longstanding customer . The manner that they talked to me was appalling to be exact . I want my refund because i ended up paying . DSTV its wrong what you re doing , *****ulently making people join your policies without their knowledge. You have no shame doing that to a 70 year old customer . I want everybody to know how you operate and i want a refund .
