DSTV takes your money then don't provide a service

Dstv stole my money.

I paid for a premium package on there streaming services with the card option they proved on their website.

After the payment was made my account was not activated even tho the payment went off my account.

I have spent over a week calling them almost every day sent them coutles statements, and yet my service has still not been activated.

Even when escalated they fail to reply to emails or call a person back. Thier service it's shocking!!

I have come to terms with the fact that my money is gone and I won't be getting it back and I won't be receiving the service I paid for.
