DSTV takes money but don't deliver

Good day,, I am linked to DSTV streaming. My account was debited by DSTV on 04.05.2023 due to long weekend (debit order) and the Bank paid this debit order. My DSTV was locked since 01.05.2023 due to 'non payment'. i visited the DSTV branch in Pretoria North to log my complain and also talked on "Chat now" for 3 times. No positive response. Today is the 11th of May and still no access to DSTV now streaming. They can not give me an explanation as to why the outstanding payment and my monthly subscription differs. the monthly subscription is less than my debit order.
