DSTV takes money but doesn't give service

Further to my previous rant about DSTV, I now paid on a monthly basis for a few months - given their inconceivably ******* payment procedure (outside of the banks they recognise). This worked a bit. Then came 15 November - I was cut off again. Eventually some brains trust explained it was because I had paid too early (29th of October where i was due to pay 3 November). 2 additional payments totalling R533 odd were made in an emergency attempt to get the Las Vegas GP on - the service is still off although the brains trust tells me both my accounts (I have 1) are active. You guys need zero or negative star rating
