DSTV takes me to pillar to post for a refund I am a very angry customer.

DSTV does not want to refund my money, I deposited a large sum of money in error and I have been seeking a refund from the 1st April to this very day(21st April) I have not been refunded. The call center agents are unprofessional and do not seem to know anything. I have been sent contradictory information regarding the refund and DSTV keeps advising that they will refund in 3-5 day when the 5 days lapses I follow up and all they do is apologize and place a new time frame. at this point I do not even know if they will ever refund me or they are trying to tire me out so that I feel defeated and forget about the refund. This is what happens when a company has monopolized the market and there is no competition. DSTV is pathetic sies no wonder its losing customers.
