DSTV takes consumers for stupids

we leave in a sad country companies like DSTV provide us the paying public with great entertainment for crazy monthly premiums and we pay expecting good service, but because they now they have no competition DSTV treats us like **** because they know we got no where else to go. It is disgusting. they cammot even re-connect a client properly. call on the 20/04/2023 at 08:49 spoke for 20 mins airtime finished they promise a client a call back 24hours went no cb. i phone again on the 20th at 18:06 speak for 31mins tell the lady my airtime is going finish she promises cb nothing happens no cb. call on the 21/04/2023 at 08:06 speaj to another lady ask her to call me back after speaking to her for 9mins 46 secs, she says she will cb immediately guess what nothing 0 zilch nadder. you know why because has a business DSTV do not care they know we have no where else to go. its pathetic.
