Dstv takes away but gives nothing back

Dstv makes it impossible to communicate a grievance to them. When using the Chat service it is clearly managed by AI and only understands a question put to it. I am very disappointed that I will lose the programs I watch most on 1 Jan but am still expected to pay the same amount and am locked in till July. After that I will certainly review my continued support. However, there is no avenue to voice my grievance, as, I am sure, other subscribers feel and are silanced.
